How to Download NEET 2025 Admit Card?

Downloading your admit card is a simple process. All you have to do is to follow a few steps and get your NEET admit card!

Here are the steps that you should follow to download your admit card:

  • Go to neet.nta.nic.in—only trust the official source!
  • You’ll find this link on the homepage once the admit cards are released.
  • Enter your Application NumberDate of Birth, and Security PIN.
  • After logging in, download your admit card. Always download multiple copies of your admit card. (Better safe than sorry!)

Documents Required at NEET Exam Centre

Now that you have understood how to download your NEET admit card from the official website, you are already prepared for your NEET examination.

Now, it is time for you to keep your documents ready for the exam center. (Spoiler Alert: Don’t ever push this task to the last minute! It is always a hassle).

  • NEET admit card secures the first place in the list.
  • You definitely need a proof to enter the exam hall. Eg: Aadhar card, Pan Card, Driving license, etc. 
  • Get your passport photo in your wallet (pro tip: match with the photo in the application).
  • PwD(person with a disability) certificate if you are eligible. 

List of Prohibited Items in NEET Exam Hall

When there are DOs in the exam hall, there are also DON’T DOs! So, you are all prepared with the important documents for the exam hall. What next? The things you shouldn’t bring to the exam hall.

Here are those culprits!

1. Electronic Gadgets – Tech-Free Zone

  • Mobile Phones
  • Smartwatches/Fitness Bands
  • Calculators (even the fancy ones)
  • Bluetooth Devices & Earphones
  • Electronic Pens or Digital Notebooks

2. Stationery – Keep It Simple

  • Pencil Cases or Geometry Boxes
  • Textbooks, Notes, or Paper Scraps
  • Pens (NTA provides the essentials—no need to bring your lucky pen!)

3. Fashion & Accessories – Dress Smart

  • Jewelry (no bling allowed)
  • Watches (even the old-school analog ones)
  • Caps, Hats, or Scarves (except for religious purposes)
  • Sunglasses (you’re not on vacation)

4. Edibles – No Snack Breaks

  • Food Items (unless you have a medical exemption)
  • Water Bottles (NTA provides water at the center)

5. Miscellaneous – Random No-Nos

  • Wallets, Handbags, or Purses
  • Cameras or Recording Devices
  • Any Printed or Written Material

Information printed on the NEET Admit Card 

NEET admit card is not just an admission card(Not going to lie). It basically has all the information about you. 

1. Personal Information

  • Candidate’s Full Name (spelled exactly as in the application)
  • Roll Number (your unique exam identifier)
  • Application Number (for future reference)
  • Date of Birth (must match your official documents)
  • Category (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, or PwD)

2. Exam Details

  • Exam Date 
  • Reporting Time (early birds win)
  • Exam Duration (typically 3 hours and 20 minutes)
  • Exam Center Address (your battlefield for the day)
  • Center Code (for official use)

3. Candidate’s Photograph & Signature

  • passport-size photo (same as uploaded during registration)
  • Digital Signature (yours and the NTA’s—both matter)

How to Recover NEET Registration Number?

Did you lose your registration number? Losing your registration number when your exam is nearing certainly creates a huge panic. However, the good news is that you can recover your registration number as soon as possible. 

Here are the steps you can take to get your NEET registration number back!

  • Go to the official NTA website: neet.nta.nic.in.
  • You find an option ‘forgot registration number’ on the website, click that.
  • Provide your details and login.
  • Once you provide your details, click submit.
  • Tadaa! Your registration number is not forever lost, you found it, again!

NEET Dress Code 2025

 

To avoid any trouble on exam day, follow the official NEET 2025 dress code carefully.

For Male Candidates:

  • Wear light-colored, half-sleeve clothes without big buttons or zippers.
  • Only slippers or sandals are allowed—no shoes.

For Female Candidates:

  • Choose light, half-sleeve dresses without embroidery, metal parts, or fancy designs.
  • Stick to slippers or sandals—no heels or closed shoes.

For Religious Attire:

  • It is allowed, but make sure to arrive early for security checks.

What Not to Wear:

  • Full sleeves, jackets, jeans with multiple pockets, or any elaborate outfits.
  • Shoes, jewelry, watches, or any metallic items.
